Cassandra L. Thomas, M.Ed., is an experienced educator, instructional leader, and author dedicated to supporting new and developing teachers. She has served in multiple roles throughout her career, including classroom teacher, academic coach, assistant principal of curriculum, school principal, and district-level leader.
Her work spans a wide range of school settings, from high-need schools supporting struggling learners to high-performing schools serving gifted students. These experiences have shaped her practical, result-driven approach to instruction and teacher development.
Cassandra is also an experienced presenter and mentor who has led professional development sessions for educators and supported new teachers entering the profession, including those from nontraditional pathways.
